Petition: STOP the S.P.I.C.E. Geoengineering “Hose” Experiment

UK-based scientists are attempting a geoengineering experiment using a balloon the size of Wembley stadium to disperse suplhates into the atmosphere to shield against the sun’s rays.  Preliminary tests are underway, join individuals and organizations in decrying the experiment, which circumvents a U.N. moratorium on geoengineering.
